Acceptable Use
Users may post contributions to the Discussion Forum, if available, and submit articles for inclusion in Briefings and the Diary. You are legally responsible for anything you contribute, which must not be libellous, obscene, offensive, material for which you do not hold copyright, or confidential information about someone without their consent or which is otherwise illegal.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to edit or reject any submission for Briefings and the Diary, and to edit or remove any posting to the Forum.
We shall reject or remove any material which appears to us to be advertising, unless our prior consent has been obtained.
We shall monitor the Forum for acceptable use, but it is not possible for us to do so continuously, and we can not therefore accept responsibility for any inappropriate material which is posted. You may notify us of anything about which you are concerned and we shall review it as soon as possible, and take any action we consider appropriate.
In the event that you post or submit any material which is actionable you agree to indemnify us against any claim which may be made against us.

The data which you supply will be held in a database associated with the site, and only staff of Global FS Ltd and of Zelica Ltd, the developers of the site, will be authorized to access that database.
None of the information you provide will be supplied by us to any third party for any purpose unless required by law.
Usage of the site is tracked by us for analytical purposes, solely in order to enable us to improve the service offered.
